The Mountain Hut is back, now in a juicy no-expansion pack version by request. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, no sidewalk and a dirt road; for all you hobbit sims. Fully furnished. Costs $37,473.
Since many people are wondering, the carpool should and does come to the lot, even though there is no visible road.
