1 x kitchen/dining
1 x livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove, a fireplace and an easel. There's enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: Basement or second floor might be added, both would require a bit of work.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
