Description:
Starter house for 1-2 Sims, lightly furnished. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a dresser. There is enough room for a carport.

Expandability: Basement could be added, or one or two rooms on the left side -- this would require a bit of reorganization though.

There might be a little glitch with the front door (that there's no hole in the wall where the door is) -- it only happened to me once, out of several times that I re-installed the house, so I can't tell if it's a problem with the house or just with my game at that point in time. Please do let me know in case you're having this issue as well!


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
