ILV requested Paris Hilton in the blue dress in the pic..I had already made a Paris Hilton ( I modified her a little bit )...but I tried to make the dress...it turned out okay...but it's not like the original..it's actually kind of green....sorry if you don't like it..but here are the list of meshes n other stuff:

-Dress mesh is from simchic
-Hair and mesh is from sussissogoodsims2.com
-The lipstick is by simssi2
-They eyes are from Sim Cribbling
-The skintone,blush, and eyeshadow are from s2l
