This is a recolor of a mesh from simchic.com( it can be found under adult female::everyday::outfits..it's on like the 20th row..it's called pencildresstwo )...It is an actual design based from Peter Som's new collection.
Although the mesh is from simchic it is also available at other sites...which are free...

This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
