Waterstreet Cottage is a charming little house, perfect for a young couple. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a spacious, open kitchen and living room. Included is a fireplace, for those cold winter nights, and a driveway.

There is no custom content in this lot, however, it does require Nightlife and University.
