This is my latest lot creation, a 3x3 lot with a three story, completely furnished Summer Cottage.

The cottage has multiple decks of varying sizes, three stories plus a sitting loft, a workout room with covered deck, master bath, shared bath between the master bedrooms and a small bath in the children's room. The cottage will sleep 6 Sims if at least 4 of them are pretty friendly with each other.

This lot is completely hack, DL object and recolor free and sells for around $184,000, but that is fully furnished and landscaped, so I don't think it's that bad. Cleaned with SimPack Installer in case I accidently indlucded anything, but I was very careful not to include anything other than Maxis original ovjects, at least to the best of my knowledge. :howdy:
