I just love Victorian styled homes.. the covered porches.. beautiful balconys, the history behind them.. and this Queen Anne styled Victorian is no exception. Complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, family room, and lots of outdoor space, this is a home for a sim who values the high life with a historical flair.

This house costs $58,133, and comes partially furnished. I did the kitchen and some outdoors, and all three bathrooms.

There is only one custom download you need for this lot, and that is the Spiral Stairs, by XxHalfBloodPrincexX, found here. If you've seen any of my other houses, you know that I *hate* the maxis stairs :P
