I enjoy building sim houses, and since this is my first upload I thought I'd stick with a fairly simple design, easily playable. I hope you all like the house.

1 Dream Court Road - Unfurnished - Nightlife Required
To install - Unzip and double click package icon. The house will be added to
your Lots bin, and should be available to place in the game next time you play.

Medium sized lot, Family house, 2 Beds, 2 bath, enclosed patio, upstairs terrace.
Drive and small pool. Two custom wallpapers and Two floor coverings, made by me. The rest by Maxis

Ground Floor - living room, bath, reasonable size kitchen/dine with access to covered patio area and garden.
1st Floor - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, access to sun terrace.

Drive created to match paving using Invisible driveway recolour by roddyaleixo (Included)
