I've left this lot partly furnished with only Maxis original objects/wallpapers/floors.
No custom content is included.

In the some of the screenshots you will see some nice
plants, they are Not included, but the good news is, that if
you don't already have them and want to recreate the
garden planting scheme, you can get them Here.

I have replaced those plants on the lot with some Maxis ones, so the garden isn't empty of flowers
