This is My First Sims House .. i Was Only Going To Make a Small One But Got a Bit Carryed Away lol .. It Has 3 Floors 12 Rooms 3 Hallways .. And 2 Mini balcony's On The Middle Floor .. It Costs $48.276 And Has No CC .. So It Will Work on All Versions on The Game .. There is No furniture In The House .. Soo You Can Have Fun Filling it Up lol

I Have Packed The House In To a SIMS2PACK File . Just Take it Out The Rar And Dubble Click For it To Install In To Your Game

Hope You Enjoy It .. I Will Try Build Better Houses Once i Learn How to Do All The Fancy Stuff lol
