Hello all,

Here is another house from the Victorian era.

This is a spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, seperate kitchen and formal diningroom. It also has a really nice garden and there is room for a driveway. The house cost 121384 simoleans and stands on a 2x4 lot.

Custom content:
The bathroom and kitchentiles are made by Havelock.
The livingroomfloor, bedroomwalls, diningroomwall, livingroomwall and kitchenwall are made by Nengi65. Credits for these walls and floors go to thses two great creators.

Not included custom content:
On the livingroom picture you can see a cabinet aquarium. This item is made by lledford12 and is NOT included in the package. If you want it, please follow the hyperlink.
For the driveway i would suggest the invisible driveway made by roddyaleixo .
