Hello all,

Here the thrid lot of my residential collection. I think i can safely say this is turning into a whole street of victorian lots.

This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a big livingspace with a nice windowseat and a grand piano. It has a nice kitchen and big diningroom. On the back of the house is a nice garden, ideal for simchildren to play in. It stands on a 4x2 lot and costs 137.373 simoleans.
I made the roof a little steeper, so i'm not sure if you need NightLife for it.

The bathroom and kitchentiles are made by Havelock.
The livingroomfloor, bedroomwalls, diningroomwall, livingroomwall and kitchenwall are made by Nengi65.
