These are DORMS not residential lots.
I used no custom content.
There are four houses. In each house there are three bedrooms, one of which is a master. There are 2 and 1/2 baths, one is also a master. There is a livingroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a patio. In the the livingroom there is a fireplace. Also, upstairs there is a hall closet featuring a locker wardrobe.
