Each dorm member will have their own two story town house only accessible through the external catwalks. These catwalks are not only there to strut your stuff and as a cool new way of getting around but also safety. Your sim will enjoy futuristic surroundings, 3 spas, a photobooth, olympic size swimming pool with lounge island, and a myriad of games and perks. Since we all know that the college life has its own sensual side the individual townhouses have ample room to install a kitchen and mini-dining room for those extra intimate dates. This diamond of the desert is coming to a college near you, and with only 9 spaces available the townhouses are filling quick. So pamper your sim and let them do college right.
