3x2 lot, 41,259 unfurnished. 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, feasting area, roistering halls etc. etc. Serfs and wenches not included.
Basic decoration only - just for atmosphere and to minimise custom content. As it is there are 9 custom files included - 5 walls, 2 floors, 1 door and 1 window, all by me.
