Visitors used to come from as far away as Sim City to stroll through The Arboretum's famous gardens and admire this fine example of gothic architecture. Now those gardens lie untended and overgrown and the house's shadowed halls are the haunt of vagabonds and vampires.

3x5 lot, 66,277 unfurnished. 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garage, atrium and conservatory. Outside, stream with bridge to secluded woodland graveyard. Note: tombstones shown in pics NOT included. I'm sure I got them from here ages ago but I can't find the thread and don't know who made them. I've replaced them with ornamental urns in the download. Sorry, but I reckon anyone who likes this sort of lot will probably already have some custom tombstones...or won't mind slaughtering a few sims to provide some!
