This was a request from Ryman2489, an "Estate Sign".
Should work with all ep's as it was cloned from the Chimes sculpture.
Once again, I've included a psd file to allow changing the text on the sign.
the first three lines of text are comic sans, (everyone has that) the bottom line font is whimsy, included with the psd file.
Polycount- faces 382, vertices 420.
Shouldn't be any problems, if you find one let me know.
You may re-colour, distribute this file freely or do what you will with it, but no hosting on paysites, it must remain free.
