I realized that the size of the pictures included in the file is way off. So I've uploaded an update. It should just overwrite the old files in the Terrains folder.

The residents of Autumn Bay hope every year for the colorful foliage of fall, but every year are disappointed. It's still a beautiful place to live.

Needs camera mod to place lots along all roads, though I've tried to concentrate all roads in the center so you can use it without.

Unrar the file into your \My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains folder. Start up the game and click on Create Custom Neighborhood.
