Title- Woodland Trailer Park - A Dorm for the Down and Out

Description-
My first college dorm for you today, but it's a dorm with a twist. The lot consists of 7 house trailers and a community center. Each trailer has two bedrooms and one bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower each in their own rooms to limit shoo-ing). The 6 larger trailers each also have a table for doing assignments with two chairs, while the one smaller trailer has a wall-mounted TV in each bedroom. The community center features a cafeteria, two computers, a TV area, a chess set, and several video games and pinball games. This dorm was made on a 3x5 lot (or is it 5x3? I forget - anyway, it's deeper than it is wide.) and I hope you like it. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that this lot also features a pickup truck in case your sims want to make a trip into town for provisions.

This house was made in and requires OFB to work properly, and also requires University and Nightlife.
