This is the second upload of this house, but MrsVice agreed to have a couple of options to download. The first upload was created by Amynta and can be found here.

As it wasn't made clear whether the house was to be furnished or unfurnished, I created both for download.

Custom content has been included. The unfurnished house contains the following:
