The top floor is the apartment, and contains:

~ living room
~ kitchen
~ dining
~ bathroom
There is also a separate single-car garage.
The house is fully furnished, with plenty that can still be done to make your sim feel more at home. There is no car included, so your sim can choose the car that they want.
As requested, there is no custom content!!
The house has been built on a small 3x2 lot and costs a total of 71,399 simoleons.
