This house was inspired by the all the suburban houses popping up around where I live (I live in the newer suburbs of Phoenix Arizona, Chandler to be more precise). They can be rather large (going up to a few million dollars), or rather small (down to around the low $200,000's). This house is somewhere in the middle, however on the larger side.

In contrast to my Suburban Paradise home, the house has an extremely spacious feel to it, with 3 tile wide hallways and a couple of spacey areas.

Ground Floor: single car garage, kitchen with pinnensula, breakfast nook, living room, dining room, family room, half-bathroom.

Second Floor: 3 bedrooms, Bathroom, Master Bedroom w/ connecting bath, Loft
