This house was inspired by the all the suburban houses popping up around where I live (I live in the newer suburbs of Phoenix Arizona, Chandler to be more precise). They can be rather large (going up to a few million dollars), or rather small (down to around the low $200,000's).

Suburban Blessing might be the last in this particular series, but it's not written in stone. As with the others, it uses an open floorplan, allowing numerous amounts of design variety.

Ground Floor: sngle car garage, kitchen with beakfast nook, optional dining area, great room, 2 single bedrooms, bathroom, and master bedroom w/ connecting bath.
