Riverview! This lot was built in response to a request by Flabaliki - I know mike19 has already uploaded a fantastic version of this plan but I'm ...errrr...slow =D!

Riverview is built on a large wooded lot with a river running the entire width making this the perfect vacation house for an affluent family. The exterior is decorated in russet, cream and forest green and uses natural woods and river rock. The adjoining garage is large enough for one car with room to spare for shelving etc and has direct access to the house and the backyard. The ground floor is open plan and features a vaulted ceiling over the living area - which itself is contained on a raised platform. A balcony is accessed via the dining area and makes for a perfect breakfast dining area. The master bedroom features a walk in robe and an ensuite ; it also has its own private balcony overlooking the river and yard. The ground floor also has a wc and direct access to the basement. The basement itself is is very large and opens onto the back lawn - making it a great gaming/entertaining area. The first floor features a mezzanine area which overlooks the ground floor; this could be used as quiet reading nook. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, one has an ensuite and the other is large enough to accomodate 2 guests/kids - there is a full bathroom right next door. The remaining room could be used as a separate living room for the kids or function as a guest bedroom. The entire house has been simply decorated in wood and natural textures for a light and airy ambience. The backyard has ample room for
playing and relaxing and the swimmable river is a must for those hot summer vacation days.
