Aussie Renovated 2 is another in my series of aussie homes, this one being an
older home that has been renovated!

A very spacious front veranda, with 2 loveseats, welcomes sims to this home.
After entry, Sims are greeted by a white marble floor in the foyer.A cozy loungeroom is situated past the foyer. Complete with fireplace, and a trendy color scheeme of, a sort of apricot and pink!!! Spacey dining area, also has small nook for breakfasts. Kitchen has been renovated, but has kept to an older but elegant theme. The floor in the kitchen and dining is a wooden inlay! The childrens bedroom is downstairs, as is the study, or third bedroom if needed for guests or even a baby. Exquisite downstairs bathroom, has all white marble walls and flooring. Upstairs, the feel is a little more modern. Double doors welcome sims to the master bedroom. This is decorated in an earthy reddish tone, and has its own cozy fireplace at the foot of the bed, to keep those sim toes warm in winter. Another set of double doors to one side of the master bedroom, leads to the spa suite. Once again an exquisite room, decorated in Iranian Rosa Travertine on the walls and floor. To the other side of the upstairs landing is yet another door, which leads to the upstairs bathroom, also decorated in the Iranian Rosa Travertine. Back downstairs, a set of double doors leads out onto a semi covered porch. This is the Alfresco dining area. Steps lead down into the back garden, and immideately sims will feel as if they were on holliday in the mediteranian, as the yard has been landscaped with a slightly Mediteranian feel. A georgous pool, some seating and set of swings complete this home. Fully furnished, decorated and landscaped.
