This is a quick fix I made for my own game to replace those dreadful default nanny's clothes. I used new elder outfits from Open for Business, hence OFB required. There are only two default nanny outfits but three OFB elder outfits. So I made several files with a pair of outfits in each: red and green, red and purple, and green and purple. Use only one file at a time, drop it to your Downloads folder. All the nannies will wear the new outfit when you run the game. To uninstall delete the file.

Optional step to change makeup and refresh thumbanil views: To complete the nannies transformation I used Sim Boutique Clothing Rack by christianlov. First I bought them the same matching outfits and made them change into corresponding one. Then gave them a makeover which also refreshes their thumbnail views. It might be enought just to do a makeover, give it a try.
