cooper continental is a community lot, but can be bought as a bussiness for $177,801, lot size is medium 5x3

It features the folllowing;
Large entertainment room with poker and pool facilities, music and lights can be added for a different effect.
Fully equiped kitchen to serve a large indoor and outdoor eating area.
Eat by the swimming pool outside or relax in a lounger.
Stay the night in one of the luxury rooms (4 in total).
Use the gym, and then relax in the shower rooms.
Manage your business from the office upstairs, or convert the room into your staffroom.
Get to each floor via elevator, the best a man can buy.

You can add a ticket machine outside and run this as your own business or simply let your sims enjoy this for free. I would also recommend hacks that let your sims sleep on community lots and maybe even replace the bedroom doors with myme doors that can be assigned.
