Here's a home I needed for the budget branch of my Legacy family (poor Sims - lousy job, living in a trailer, then 1-2-3 came the babies).

Lot size - 2x2
Unfurnished - 16,170 price
Three bedroom
Two bathrooms
Kitchen with eating area
Living room
Small starter garden
