My first Neighorhood. With the amount of people requesting beach lots I thought I would try and do a Neighorhood that they can use to place their beach lots. This is a pretty open Neighorhood with lots of room to place almost any type of lot you want. Plenty of lots that run right down to the beaches of all sizes so you can match the sand terrain of your lot with beach so it does not look so out of place.
