As requested ...... A small Modern House / Home Business on a 4x4 lot.

Ground Floor ..... Kitchen, Living, Private Washroom and a Mens And Womens Public Washroom in the Business Area
Second Floor ..... 3 Small Exterior Deck, 3 Interior Decks "one for the office",Office, 2 Small Bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms
Outside.... I made the uper teir with foundations so if you have problems placing some objects that need to be placed outside ..... ie: Flowers or shrubs you will need to use the move objects on cheat.

Room For Expantion as I put in a basment all you need to do is remove some floor tiles where you want the stairs and decorate as you like.
Unfurnished though I have placed a few things like the kitchen abd bathrooms. Small pool,pond and fountain outside where you can lounge and wind down.

Cusom Content Included

I tried to take it easy on Custom Content but I am not sure I was successfull. I had some issues with Clean Pack Installer primarily wiith the outside doors the "Black Recolor" .... You may need to download and install them if they don't show up.
