I bring you my first neighbourhood terrain, and there's probably plenty more where this came from since I just got SC4 and I am having a blast playing around making terrains. This is the first one that's about the size I wanted, so here it is for all to enjoy. :-)

I recommend GunMod's camera mod, so you can properly play the neighbourhood and see all the roads.

Included in the zip are all necessary files to see the neighbourhood in the catalog, and all .png files for the 4 terrain types (lush, concrete, desert, dirt).

To install, unzip and place files in My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4Terrains.
