Monroe - a beach-lot-friendly neighbourhood

I've tried so many custom neighbourhoods in the past few days, trying to find the perfect one for my needs, but none of them were quite right!

So I spent quite some time and finally came up with one that will allow me to place a lot of beach lots right next to each other, and a lot of them too! I managed to place at least fifteen lots on the waterfront, but unfortunately, this does not work the same with pre-made beach lots, generally only empty lots.

You will need some sort of camera fix to see the whole neighbourhood properly, I recommend Gunmod's camera mod.

Included are all files needed to see the terrain in the catalog.

To install, unzip and place all files in My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4Terrains.
