Brixham's Volunteer Fire Brigade has a lot of the trappings that a regular fire station might have (within Simlimitations, that is). There are 6 beds, a full dormitory style bathroom and a kitchen. It's zoned as commercial but if you rezone it to dorm it would work as well. Sadly, the two red pickup trucks in the ground floor bays don't show up when a Sim visits as a community lot (a Maxis weirdness I guess).
