"The residents of Ellington Township come from all walks of life. From the mountain top nouveau riche to the trailer park Sims; Life in Ellington Township can be as rich as you make it."

As you can see in the picture above (New City5-Sep. 27, 1431151383956.jpg) I designed this hood to have 7 distinct areas.
1) Being the rich mountain Sims.
2) The middle financial class Sims
3) Upper financial class shopping and communities district (library etc).
4) The lower class shopping and communities district.
5) Apartment Dwelling-singles and newlyweds-lower financial class families.
6) Trailer park Sims.
7) Loner Sims or Hidden Areas.

One features of this hood is custom sizing. All streets are designed to fit two small/medium houses back to back or with a tree line separating them to give that suburban feel. You could use the larger lots if that is your liking but those who really like the small lot feel this hood is for you. Streets usually accommodate 4-5 houses and custom medians were created for the middle and upper financial classes. (The 1X3 spaces between that stand out in these hoods were designed so that you can place a tree line here to as a decorative median)
