This is a modern, californian style mansion that could perfectly fit in the residential areas in Beverly Hills (at least that is the meaning...).
Now your eccentricly rich sims have a nice place to spend the rest of their luxurious lives...

To really make you feel like a superstar, I even added a small surveyance room for a guard to watch over the place, be sure to check it out! *moeahaha*


It's my very first upload so I hope everything went as it sould be.
