Beverly Hills Drive No.11

This is Beverly Hills Drive No.11, now this house is a one off house and i am unlikely to continue with a Beverly Hills Drive collection unless this is very successful. Now this is based on a upper class, LA feel that really captures the current building phase and of course if full of planting! If you play this and weeds appear and your sim can't get to them just press 'Ctrl+Shift+C' and then type in the cheat 'moveobjects on' and select the weeds and delete them, simple, but remember to turn the cheat off afterwards as unless your building a home it can be quite annoying when placing obejcts Here are some of the exterior views of the house:

Now you may have noticed i have used CC, well yes i am back to using CC, now there is very little and it just windows, plants, roof and a few other bits. I tried to use these tastefully so i hope you like this house!

I have also included a basement garage, now i have read a few tutorials lately to improve my houses and i thought i would use this one. But wait, it is not just on the basement level but it is also sideways to the road It took me ages to combine the 2 so it works properly and i HAVE tested the game for 48 sims hours and it works completely fine.

Just a few more bits before i am done, it comes with a full floorplan over 3 levels but not furnished! In the basement is the garage area for parked cars and 2 spare room, on the ground floor is a hall, kitchen, dining room, lounge, spare bedroom and en-suite and on the top floor are 2 bedrooms each with an en-suite. There is a connecting balcony with glass roof between the top floor bedroom and the bedroom on the left has it's own huge balcony, all bedrooms in the house are capably of hosting double beds and wardrobes, side tables, etc.
