While creating and testing the SimStone set, I built this house for my test family; now the SimStone set is out, and I thought it was too a nice house to just delete it, so here it is

The main characteristic is that the entire house is built on palafittes, over a swamp; to access the house there is a nice wooden bridge to cross.

The house features a large bedroom, that can easily be split in two rooms. In a smaller, separate building there is the kitchen / living room. The dining table is outside (very nice for romantic dinners! ), along with the grill and a record player (yeh! party time!!!).

The bathroom is on a different level, in a separate straw hut (the stairs help keeping the toddlers out of the bathroom, which is a very welcome side effect...).

There is also a driveway (it's invisible, but trust me, *there is* one! ), in front of the house.

GAME COMPATIBILITY
I created this house using my full game: UNI+NL+OFB+FFS. I tested the lot also in a UNI+NL+OFB game (without FFS) and it worked. I'm not sure if UNI is really required: if someone has NL+OFB alone, please tell me.

*NOT INCLUDED* CUSTOM CONTENT
This is a SimStone house, and I made wide use of the objects from the SimStone set. Basically, I suggest to download all the objects (obviously, the lot needs the objects only: no clothings etc...). All the SimStone objects used in this lot are NOT INCLUDED in the lot itself, so you have to download them by yourself.
