I made this home as a shared vacation spot.
It has alot of space and alot of windows.

3 Beddroom
2 Bath
Cost: $77.018
Lot Size: 3X4

2 Regular bedrooms
1 Master bedroom
Utility room
Dining room
Kitchen
Large livingroom
Large decks front and back
Pool

I have University/Nightlife installed and have tested it with no problems.
I used only Maxis content with no hacks.
