I built this cozy home for my favorite Sims about a year ago.
They recently moved into a larger home so they put this one on the market.
It has fresh paint and carpets throughout and all the appliances have been replaced.
I have done some landscaping to make it move pleasing to the eye.
The backyard is fenced for your privacy.
I hope that your Sims like it as much as mine did.
