My Country Home (which can be found here) has been one of my favorite homes to play. Therefore, I decided to recreate the home - in reverse! This stunningly pretty home is white with green shutters - reminiscent of Green Gables Farm.

This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house built on a 3x4 lot is perfect for a medium-to-large family. It features a one-car garage plus driveway, a swimming pool, a large back patio perfect for bar-b-ques, a workout room attached to the garage (easily converted to another bedroom if needed), a large kitchen/dining room, and a huge living room with fireplace.

Fully furnished (except decorations and lighting), it is reasonably priced at $75,626. The downstairs has lovely wood-and-green theme.
