Here is a pretty 5-bedroom, 5-bath home packed into a relatively small space (3x3 lot). One of my favorites in my neighborhood because it is so compact, computer-friendly, and family-friendly. Fully furnished, it has a large living area, a kitchen, separate dining room, a study, and a bonus room (possible extra bedroom/nursery) downstairs. Upstairs are five bedrooms. It also has a driveway and a pond. Plenty of room for a patio or swimming pool in the back. All of the content is Maxis-made. I believe it requires only NL, although I do have University.
