Made by following this planhouse from eplans.com : Stately Columned Entrance
It costs 199,166 $ unfurnished with only baths and kitchen. It's built on a 5x5 lot. I didn't put too much trees and flowers everywhere this time.
And i tried the new diagonal roofs for this house Look at the pics !



This home's dramatic pillared entry complements the elegant living space within. The two-story foyer showcases a staircase and opens to an enormous family room, which flows into an island kitchen and hearth-warmed keeping room.
