City Houses Part 2

This is part 2 in a set of "City House" lots I made....

Cost of this lot is just under ยง95,000 -
3 Bed 2.5 Bath in each house (6 bed 4 full & 2 half bath total)
All houses in entire set are furnished, partly decorated and fully playable.


This is 2 houses on a 2x2 lot - it's identical to part 1 except that the "alley" driveway in the back enters from the opposite direction ( and slightly different wallpaper/floor scheme ). When put together with part 3 the alleyways in the rear match up nicely. You may have to fill in a few gaps here and there - you can use a 2x2 lot and make a store or park or something, just put in a false "alley" at the rear to match...and you can use these tiny lots from MaryLou and Andi8104 if you need something smaller....
I love the way these look in neighborhood view, and it looks great if you play with neighbors and decorations "on"

I used Targa's Two-Tile Ladder to give access to the attic
The only other CC are walls and floors I made.
