This is part 3 in a set of "City House" lots I made....

Cost of this lot is just under ยง180,000
2 Bed 2.5 Bath in each house (8 Bed total)
All houses in entire set are furnished, partly decorated and fully playable.

This is 4 houses on a 5x2 lot - it's made to match part 1 and part 2 except that the driveway is coming from the 'front' of the lot and the false alley in the back is truely false. The cars in the rear were placed there with moveobjects on for ambience. When put together with parts 1 & 2 the alleyways in the rear match up nicely. You may have to fill in a few gaps here and there - you can use a 2x2 lot and make a store or park or something, just put in a false "alley" at the rear to match...and you can use these tiny lots from MaryLou and Andi8104 if you need something smaller....
