New From Grizzly Bear Realty is this lovely dorm for the gifted. This lovely dorms has 12 rooms, 8 showers, 3 bathrooms, and all the basics. So what makes this special? How about a party pit, party deck, Game rooms, and a Spa Muscle Beach section on the party deck? Now we're talking. The perfect place to let your simmies go to college and live in teh lap of luxury! Speaking of Lap! How about doing a few laps in the pool! When you want to get serious about your studied, don't worry, there is a study lounge with enough room for the biggest research group!
