Mule Shoe House

Mule shoe house. Inspired by my parents house in North Carolina. I love their house and as my first lot, thought it would be fun to adapt it for Sim use. It looks best when you place it on a lot with some trees already in the background.

Nightlife is required for this lot. CEP file is required for this lot.

Lot size: Large 5x5

Partially furnished with 4 bedrooms, two and a half baths. Large master bedroom suite is located downstairs which allows easy access to the main living area of the house. Open kitchen/dining/living area downstairs with a fireplace and half bath next to the kitchen area. If you need extra room for a larger family there are three bedroom/offices upstairs along with a full bath. Extra room upstairs for pool table or whatever you want. Craft/bonus room attached to the house.

Front porch comes with rocking chair made by me. Back patio comes furnished with Maxis grill and outdoor dining set.
