This is my take on a beach house that was requested by chickenlittle91.
As I was building this, I thought it was really suited to be a posh dorm. It has room for three cars, has 5 bedrooms, each with an adjoining bath. Private decks on the backside, rec. room, kitchen, dining area, and great room. Lots and lots of room!
It sits on a medium 3x3 lot, and is priced in the $80's. Bare bone minimum furnishing has been done as the requester wanted to decorate the inside.
