ODDITY01: Unique and Sleek Dress with Heels - Formal Version

Hey Everyone!
Here I have another "Oddity" dress for you; a miniskirt version of the dress that started my idea.

Unlike most of my other clothing packages, this is a single dress. It's very, very strange; and yet somehow upbeat and fashionable. (Or, at least, I hope so!)

This dress has the realisitic pattern of some sort of aquatic creature's fins or scales printed on white fabric-- though you don't have to tell anyone that, you can let them guess!-- and comes with a matching set of fishscale-adorned, brightly colored Heels. This dress is perfect for someone who wants to make a statement; who wants to do something new, but still look like they won't spare any expense to look good. It's also good for fantasy sims, or whatever you can dream up!

Note: This dress is different from the ODDITY01: Mini Version, in that it has a more elegant sort of look. It has a long, translucent skirt with a white sparkly pattern, and a slit on either side of the leg for easier movement. =)
