This is my first upload anywhere. I felt like, after mooching off of all the good people, I should try to show off a little too.

This little Victorian is $34,962, on a 2x3 lot. I based it off of these houseplans; it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fairly open spaced living room, and a smallish-sized pool in the back. The front lawn is enclosed by stone walls and is a nice little garden area for your landscaping desires. Two stories of neat Victorian fun! Completely unfurnished (unless my packages got mixed).

Actually, the thing I really like about this particular house is that it's the first one I managed to figure out the Individual Roof Sloping tool on! I spent about half an hour on the roofs alone, trying to get them as accurate as possible to the picture. I undershot how much room I was going to take and didn't have enough for the garage, though there should be enough room on the side if you want to put a driveway in.
